What will you do?

Your duties

Dealing with incoming emails/calls from Customers & Suppliers
Preparing and sending payment reminders to Customers
Verifying and timely processing of financial data through different tools and systems
Recording all queries and incidents related to the service in the Query Management System
Preparing and providing goods-receipt/invoice-receipt reports
Effectively communicating with clients and colleagues in respective countries
